Following Burt County City Arrest Records
A Tekamah, Oakland, or Lyons arrest may create a city incident record and a Burt Sheriff booking. Begin with the incident number, dispatch information, or court docket to identify the responding agency. Request the officer's narrative from that creator. Call the sheriff for intake and custody. If NSP made the arrest, use its official public-record request route. Crash reports have a separate Nebraska Department of Transportation channel.

Under Nebraska Public Records Law, ask for an existing, releasable record instead of asking staff to create a summary. A strong request names the date, location, incident or booking number, record type, preferred format, and cost limit. Ask for segregable portions if part of a report is exempt.
Booking Logs and Recent Arrests
Burt County publishes no official web booking log or current-inmate roster. Do not infer that a person is free, was never arrested, or has no Burt County arrest history from the lack of an online result. Immediately after an arrest, the person may be in transport, at a medical site, or not yet entered into a notification service. Later, a sentenced person may transfer to NDCS and leave the county's active-custody channel.
For recent custody, call the Burt County sheriff with the person's full name and, when lawful and known, age or birth information. Burt County Arrest Records After No Charge
Nebraska's public criminal-history rules change at specific milestones. If a prosecutor decides not to file, qualifying arrest information stops being public through the state product after one year. When charges are not filed because diversion was completed, the period is two years. Qualifying dismissal, program dismissal, or acquittal can change public status immediately under ยง29-3523. The statutory timeline does not erase every police, jail, prosecutor, and court record created by the event.
A dismissal is therefore not the same as deleting an incident report. If stale data appears, obtain the official disposition and ask the particular custodian about correction or access. A set-aside applies to a conviction and does not erase it; it is separate from non-conviction public removal.
Burt County Arrest History in RAP

The public product costs $30 and covers Nebraska adult fingerprint-supported arrests subject to statutory public-removal rules. It is not national. A subject-authorized complete record requires a notarized release. Arrests Are Not Convictions
A Burt County arrest entry documents an event and possible custody intake. A conviction is the court's judgment of guilt. Different offices create them, their labels may diverge, and their public-access rules do not match. The most reliable path is to read the booking allegation, prosecutor's filed count, and final disposition as a sequence.
